I’d go for 3. Vice Colors would be interesting an unique.

Listen, it’s all about future proofing… every year.

Starving for attention, eh? Just say so next time.

I get that we’re all tired of having the playoff drought, but this is literally his third year coming up.

I’d like to keep a coach for more than 3 years, especially one who’s only shown growth in the team.

Is that too much to ask?

The majority didn’t particularly describe what an example of a “dangerous” and “unusual” weapon is, however, they did give credence to the idea of a militia today to be as effective as one from the 18th century “would require sophisticated arms that are highly unusual in society at large”. District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U.S. 570, 628 (2008).

Ultimately, they did also hold that modernization of military weapons, such as bombers and tanks, which are impervious to small arms fire, “cannot change [their] interpretation of the right”. Id. at 629.

The only mention of machine guns is in the dissent. Id. at 676. It isn’t part of the majority opinion nor is it controlling law.

I’d like to know what is meant by “dangerous” and “unusual” weapons in the context of the history and tradition of firearms regulation.

Weren’t citizens allowed to bear arms similar to the military, like muskets, cannons, and ships?

If true, wouldn’t that extend to where citizens could theoretically own and bear APC’s, fighter jets, and tanks?

Were there any regulations against these things finding them to be “dangerous” and “unusual”?

I’m really curious to know what would be considered “dangerous” and “unusual” in this context.

It’s not that simple. SCOTUS can only rule upon cases before them that are true controversies and present a valid constitutional question.

This would require an open lawsuit against every single gun law in the country regardless of jurisdiction and for the complete purification of 2A’s “shall not be infringed” language. The lawsuit’s issues to find all gun laws unconstitutional would also have to survive throughout the appellate process to make it to the Supreme Court.

I’d love to see it happen, but it’s highly unlikely that such a lawsuit would ever be filed or get anywhere near SCOTUS.

The Dems would pack the court to try and change the law to fit their political agenda. They view our Constitutional rights as a nuisance and want them all wiped, starting with 2A (as evidenced by their ridiculously unsupported arguments against 2A).

Voting Trump is the only right answer this year, both politically and legally.

I never saw Armed Scholar as clickbait until someone mentioned it. It’s pretty annoying to watch a 10 minute video for 30 seconds of new content.

I like Guns and Gadgets still because he widens the scope to encompass true political issues along with legal ones across the country. I don’t think he’s as clickbaity as Armed Scholar, either.

They also missed his moment of first lifting the Cup. It was a trash production.

I’d recommend the Armed Attorneys instead for the legal aspects of these decisions.

If you have Helldivers 2 and/or play on Steam, I’m down.

Because either way, it’s a Cup win and the first one in franchise history. All is forgiven with a win.

Canada’s track record in these situations over the past 30 years:

2011 — Vancouver loses Game 7 in Finals

2006 — Edmonton loses Game 7 in Finals

2004 — Calgary loses Game 7 in Finals

1994 — Vancouver loses Game 7 in Finals

Oilers fans chanted Bobrovsky’s name during the U.S. National Anthem and althroughout several games when no Skinner chants came from Panthers fans.

Canadians are more disrespectful.

Sure, I’ll just respectfully disagree for the reasons stated above and move on.

It absolutely justifies bringing the EXO-45/EXO-49 to avoid the Fire Tornados and even use them to your advantage.

You give the impression that you’re an Oilers fan by how much you’re defending them and dogging the Panthers. Since we’re declaring our allegiances, I am a Panthers fan, for the record.

You being a Leafs fan actually makes it worse. You do absolutely care who wins. You may hate both teams, but let’s not act like you wouldn’t want to see a division rival get knocked out and have a Canadian team hoist the Cup in the process, especially the same division rival that clapped the Leafs in 5 last year after finally winning a playoff series for the first time in 19 years. Thus, the Oilers winning is absolutely the lesser of 2 evils from your perspective.

I was somewhat concerned about Tkachuk not scoring in the series, but that’s over now. Could Draisaitl have a game, sure, is it likely, being that he hasn’t been much of a threat in this series, no, I don’t think so.
