I agree that Spo won't start Ware realistically. I thought we were talking about the scenario that IF Ware started, hypothetically, Niko could play three, and Jimmy would move to 2. In that scenario, Niko would guard the 4 and Bam the 3. Defensively, if Ware can hold his own as a rookie, this idea is possible.
