Lots of people recommending Retold Tale, but, I wanna point out that it can’t get opening shot. It does handle and feel very good tho. Personally, I would recommend Fractethyst or Imperial Decree. Both in the kinetic slot tho. Not much to work with though without the dungeon keys.
I think snapshot is a little overkill because you can get really good handling already. So, I would say it comes down to personal preference; for me it’s OS.

This definitely looks like a Mud Dauber home. They use mud to build their nests, that’s where they got the name from. They are pretty solitary and you will usually just find one singular home. This could’ve been a nest attended to by a queen. I believe each of those “circle” areas would’ve housed one larvae. If you do have them around your home they aren’t really aggressive and rarely sting.

I ran strandlock quite often and eye of another world and thorn is very good. The thorn shot plus poison ticks will cause 2 threadlings to unperch, vice just one from other weapons. I personally stay away from swarmers.
Is playing strandlock worth it in the current meta?
