It may be a reduntant question but I tried to look for information online and I don't get what would be better for me.
I have a personal computer that I use for personal stuff (movies, browsing etc) and I would like to buy a side computer for fun and learning.
My needs:
- I will use Ubuntu only.
- I'd like to use ROS2 with Rviz/Gazebo for small projects.
- I'd like to use PyTorch to learn some NN stuff and familiarize with it.
- I don't need to connect it to external hardware/devices.
- I may need to have it running up several days continuously.
My initial idea was to buy a Orange Pi 5 Plus (16Gb). Later on on Amazon I saw that for the same price I can also buy a Mini PC (for example this). So my question is, what is the real differece among them? What would best fit my needs? Than you in advance!

Offerta all’estero vs stare a casa: cosa fare?
