I LOVED {The Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins}. Itās really more fantasy with a sprinkle of romance but it is so unique and whacky and well written.

This is all very helpful. I think troubleshooting positioning/having the spec in too shallow in a high BMI patient will probably solve most issues of a spec not opening.
Some of the plastic speculums suck. I had one break in a high BMI patient too luckily with no complications!!

Tell me more about your thoughts on clozapine and lithium being under utilized? I feel like Iāve been indoctrinated to believe clozapine should be avoided whenever possible. And I dont have that many bipolar patients but the few I remember seeing recently are on seroquel.
