Anyone know what was going on at main and water Street this morning? Big police and fire presence this morning.
Here's the thing, to a fascist mindset you are. The biggest threat of homosexuality tune authoritarian government is that it breaks down or they consider the natural hierarchy. Dictator-government official/religious leader-local government official / religious leader-Man-woman/child. Both homosexuality and promoting the gender equality and importance of strong women go against this. Outside of fanatical zealots few people in history actually care if you want to jerk off to guys in the sheltered privacy of your own dwelling AS LONG as you maintain the hierarchy structure that facilitates fascism in the real world. Don't get me wrong people would come after you for doing it, just many wouldn't actually care about the act that you're doing.
Yeah, what OP is describing is morally and ethically theft, but the law here is grey at best. Claiming pooled tips after you have left the job even for time that you've been added it's going to be near impossible for him to actually get the money. Obviously States / provincial / municipal laws will differ, but I'm not aware of the municipality that would back him up on this.
Once in my life someone asked me for it. I told him I had no idea if I ever received one. I did have a college certificate and a University diploma so they just accepted that I probably finished high school and didn't ask about it again.
For the op though it's not a big deal at all, your state / province will have a record of it.
You're giving people nicknames like doc and lil bro, your spelling is atrocious, your grammar is both poor and poorly formatted but more importantly you seem resistant too the idea that you are going to have to completely change your personality and that that is an incredibly difficult thing to do. Changing basic habits is incredibly difficult, and you seem to claim experience on a lot of topics including trades and post-secondary education when it's technically impossible for you to have any knowledge or experience about those things. Positive thinking is great but it's not a tool for academic success, it's just a mindset.
Take a random thing that you sent. "This school habit lil bro work habit happens outside in the workplace that I have". So while this is one of the few sentences that you got the spelling on everything correct the grammar is obviously horrible, there was no punctuation. English may obviously be your second language but whatever language is your first they do have commas and periods. Why you calling people lil bro? Obviously nothing intrinsically wrong with it but it does make you sound like a 12 year old. The worst part about it is that you somehow think that you have a work ethic to make money, that you can't put into your schooling, but that somehow you're magically going to put it into your schooling, so that it will become part of your work. Are you familiar with the concept of a growth mindset? Everything you write here is not displaying that. Any adult with any experience doing anything know something so childish isn't true.
You are going to need to completely revamp your entire lifestyle if you want to get into University and become a pilot, and there's no easy way to say this but this will probably take years if you're going to be successful just to get into it. When given the right opportunity virtually anyone can do the work, but that opportunity includes balancing a lot of lifestyle things to make it happen. Bouncing an engineering degree while trying to make money is very difficult and unfortunately it is often more wealthy kids that can get into the program and stick with it. That's not your fault but you have to realize you're going to be up against a lot more if you don't have a lot of money back in you. You cannot take a day off from your school work. There's no more Friday nights or weekends having fun until you're not only complete at your work but you're ahead of it. You're against going into the military and as a 12-year veteran of the military I don't blame you but that would be a better path for a person like you to take. So be aware that the acceptance rates for becoming a pilot are extremely low. You are nowhere close to being ready to apply to the program but even once in getting a job in it you'd have to be in the top 15 or 20% of all graduates. That's just a reality. So not only are you trying to get to the minimum to get in you're also going to have to exceed the majority of people who are already there. Having blind optimism about this is again very very immature and more into what you would think a 12 year old or 14 year old would think.
I would love for you to prove me wrong. Get mad, get mad at me, get mad at yourself, get mad at your circumstances, do something that's going to completely change what you're all about. It's not impossible but you have a very very difficult road ahead and you're already way behind the rest of the pack.
I'm very calm, I'm actually just trying to help. I employ a lot of youth and I've mentored kids for almost 30 years. You can't honestly believe that a nice person with a good heart is what gets you accepted into an engineering degree or become a pilot. Do you think you have the capacity to speak professionally if you needed to?
If I had to take a guess, just from looking at what you wrote, I would think that you're 12 to 14 years old and trying intentionally to annoy people. That is how you're presenting yourself, to anyone reading this that's who you are. That may not be your intention, that may not be how you view yourself but none of that matters in many circumstances because it's who other people perceive you as that's important. Especially in things like school and the workforce. Do you think a 12-year-old with a poor attitude is the person who's going to get into an engineering program and then become a pilot? Also don't mistake accent with attitude. You're just playing an immature attitude, that has nothing to do with an accent.
No I'm trying to figure out why you're talking like an agitated 14-year-old. Like, your dreams of getting an engineering degree and becoming a pilot, both very difficult things with low percentages of acceptance and completion, but you seem to lack the maturity to hold an adult conversation even online. Is this how you talk in real life? Hopefully not, or you're obviously not getting anywhere in life, but why can't you type and communicate like you're an adult?
What are you trying to get out of talking to people like this? Like, what was the point of your entire post if you're just going to act like an antisocial jerk? It's obvious you lack any self-confidence with your post and how you talk but why do you think you're in this hole and acting this way?
Christians throughout History? What the fuck are you talking about. Fall of the Roman Empire, Crusades, 30 Years War, the English Civil War, like most of Europe lived in a state of perpetual religious fervor for over a thousand years. The English Government under Cromwell banned music at weddings exactly like this. The first religious settlers from persecution in the US were all "No Joy is the official policy" types. Specific Christians damn near invented joyless living as official state policy.
Why is it disgusting? It's not meant to be sexual anyway.
The beat/rhythm was ripped off of Marvin Gaye, without permission, so of course that part is good and the rest is creepy/awful.
How would a cleaner know if people have boils on their butt?
Well I guess I'm too stupid to understand what you're trying to say. Do you have the capacity to communicate what your point is?
A University degree, a college diploma, or a trade Red seal are what you looking for in general.
Not saying he's wrong about the debate but his post history has a few pro Trump comments from way before the debate.
Did he do it for her, or did he do it for the content? And she grows up and develops critical thinking she'll have to make that choice. What's the setting up of cameras, setting up with a microphones, the time to take to edit it, probably the time to prompt and probably the time to reshoots all for her? If he shoots this puts it together and doesn't put it online she knows the answer, it's all for her and that's glorious. Soon as he puts it online though...
I did/do stuff like this with my kids all the time, only I don't film it. Why does he get the award?
It's becoming really apparent that people between 14 and 35 a really, really sexually immature compared to older generations at the same age. They're exposed to so much porn content but I so socially awkward and shy that and personally inexperienced that sexual content outside of porn becomes such a big deal to them. This is a real girl, non scripted, talking about giving a real guy a real blowjob, and they can't fathom that as part of real life. It blows their mind. Virtually all of these idiots online saying they have 8 in or 12 in dicks and they love eating ass all day probably have never actually held a girl's hand, and are exactly experienced as the young men element that they'll ever have a girlfriend because their dick is too small. Porn has really really fucked up an entire generation, as they're constantly bombarded but pornographic images but are actually more prudish than Victorian society.
I'm obviously not disagreeing with how he feels about the debate last night, but this dude has a number of pro Trump comments from weeks and months ago. This isn't a convert. A lot of conservatives are going to have to hold their nose and vote for Trump, it's just now very vocal and clear like a lot of liberals I'm going to have to hold their nose and vote for Biden. Nobody's vote changed, people are just more disillusioned with a person they think they have to vote for.
Okay I've made the argument that tiktok doesn't exist to teach parents how to act. Are you refuting that?
Yeah I know lots of people don't get fathers like this. Are you arguing that tik tock is the answer? Are you legitimately making the argument that scripting, setting up, filming, editing, reshoots, getting lighting right and marketing your precious intimate moments with your children is actually a public service that will effectively educate shitty parents? Like that's why people record their poor kids lives and post them on social media? To help deadbeats?
You didn't know this is how fathers should act? We should be on Instagram, Twitter and tiktok to know to take her kids out and exercise while bonding with them? That kind of sentiment feels like you're stretching to find a valid reason to record them and post it on social media. Conversely I can say any time that he spends editing and in post-production for this video would be better spent with his children.
I feel like I live in such a different world than these people, because when I think of having 911 I'm thinking of a medical emergency like nine times out of 10, and the other time is for a fire emergency.
I have worked in restaurant management for many many years, last place at work I had seven restaurants under a franchisee owner. Pre Pandemic all seven general managers were Canadian citizens making between $65,000 and $85,000 a year plus bonuses for a 50 to 55 hour work week. Every single last one of them has resigned and been replaced by a landed immigrant, who is working for below 55,000 a year with no bonus structure, with a 70 to 80 hours of work week. Collectively we went from maybe one or two minor health non-compliances across seven restaurants in a year. Each restaurant now has four or five plus a year. Turnover for staff went from one or two people a year, usually University students graduating and new kids being added on, now most of the restaurants are turning over their complete staff at least 2 to 3 times a year.
