On my second rewatch (fast forwarding through the dud bits) and I just watched Dana Sue put her hand on Annie’s back and threateningly say ‘May I remind you that family business stays in the family’… why is she so desperate to control everyone around her?! And also a huge hypocrite given how easily she gabs to Maddie and Helen about things Annie says to her or is going through. She’s awful and I cannot stand her everytime she comes on screen… I know this is probably a popular opinion but I just needed to get that off my chest.
And yet they act holier than thou about their parenting… it’s shocking. I grew up in an Asian house and the parenting was much worse than theirs though. But I definitely see how toxic they are!
In a game of kiss, marry, kill, Stringer is always marry! My best friend and I watched the series together when it came out and we would literally shout at the screen when Charlotte didn’t see Stringer’s behaviour… he is endgame.
Very over sensitive. If teens couldn’t ever talk about their own parents with their friends it’s a major slippery slope to all sorts…
It’s really not… it’s actually very judgemental to presume your kid can’t have close friends they confide in when you can. Regardless of who they are a relative of.

I saw someone else on another thread also say they are totally against cheating but in this case, they don’t blame Ronnie. Can’t say I disagree…
The spoilers and the incessant marketing campaign of still after still and tiny clip after tiny clip. Their marketing team does my head in.
Interesting you say this because when I rewatched it with my husband he immediately hated James, called him a rich creep and refused to watch anymore because he hated the character. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think he gave James’ character enough time to develop and mature but from episode 1/2 it solidified his character in his mind. He said Ruby is stupid for even giving him a chance! I totally disagreed with my husband…
The double standards are crazy! But yes agreed and tbf she does in the last episode say that she’s going to try and be a better boss…
At this point I just watch it for the Ty/Annie story line.
And the make up, it’s giving Morticia Aadams cosplay…
Don’t worry she’ll just quote some bible and like magic the Lord hath saveth from being a bitcheth.
Agreed, straight up abusive, I’m just not a behavioural therapist so I wasn’t sure of the diagnosis!
I mean you’re not wrong… she wasn’t as bad S1, but it’s definitely progressively worse.
Her hair is mental. At various points they looked like: snakes, dog poo, and poodle Pom poms. Her dresses are like if Barbie was in her villain era…
My husband sat there cackling the whole time…. Kinda broke the immersion as a viewer
Great we are holding her to account for this, let’s also do this for the other 1%ers that jet around like it’s a taxi too. Every single one of them, including Swift, is getting away with the murder of our planet.
Gobsmacked this isn’t a joke. Hell is empty and all the devils are here.
Yes, and when I refused at work they basically called me naive and stupid to trust the NHS with my health. As though private healthcare is anymore ‘trustworthy’ and also policies often don’t Include anything significant such as…. Pregnancy coverage, cancer treatment etc etc. It was basically a glorified GP. Dental insurance on the other hand…….. essential now.
Totally agree - and Clarkson’s Farm only scratches the surface of how broken farming is… much of it relies on unregistered workers and migrants who have no protections, thus giving way to abusive and illegal labour. Whilst farmers are wrong for this, they’re also stuck financially with profits diminishing and costs of production rising. It’s so broken you almost can’t see a way forward.
The haters and the Councillors really miss the bottom line about what the show is doing… love or hate Clarkson it doesn’t matter. He’s shining a light to the mass public about what is fundamentally broken with UK farming. This is critical knowledge to understanding food insecurity, especially for people who don’t think about where their food comes from and how much hard work goes into feeding people. No, it isn’t the only source of information on this, but yes it’s highly popular and that is critical!
- I don’t recognise I single thing from any of the others but I watched everything in 1.
The S2 pacing for the Crows was off, it always felt like they knew they were getting the cut and they needed to cram as much character development and action in as possible. The casting was impeccable though I totally agree.
This thread makes me so happy. Reddit keeps pushing the exvegans sub on me and it’s wild how anyone is ‘abusing’ their child if they raise them vegan on there. Can the algorithm stop, because I’m a huge supporter of veganism and vegetarianism (I’m a lifelong veggie who eats loads of vegan meals).
