Whole Foods sells their croissants at the bakery frozen, if you buy those and bake them fresh they are pretty good! Not as good as a pastry shop, but they are good. Especially the chocolate ones! That being said if you are ever in Greenlake, go to Petite Pierre. Some of the best pastries I’ve ever had. I make the trip down south sometimes just for their pastries.
