That is not true at all. The acceleration will be dependent on the RPM, and with trucks typically they are not high revving. For example diesel trucks have a lot of torque but very low rev limits, like around 4500-5500 RPM.

You're missing the point of what I am trying to convey. He said, over a "girl's" house. She is not a girl. She is a woman, a full grown adult. I don't know shit about Mormonism, nor do I care about it.

Oh the congestion lights? I've seen that in Cali. Usually there's a pretty good distance that allows you to get up to speed, so it's not like you're merging from 100 ft and need to get to speed in 5 seconds.

so.. what does your acceleration matter for local streets? as long as there is adequate torque for towing why does it matter how fast it is? if you're hauling, why do you need to be fast, are you using it as a battering ram?

no one drives 0-60. highway merges will typically be more like 40-60. and a truck doesn't need to be fast. this is so dumb.

so what? if you're towing you should be in the right most lanes. i fucking hate the assholes towing in the far left lane going dangerously high speeds.

I drove a manual fiat 500L from Florence to Venice. More than double the hp, and probably about the same 0-60 as this truck. It was only scary when trying to pass.. because at highway speeds even in the last gear you're nearly maxed out. Downshifting isn't giving you any extra acceleration.

But in a truck you shouldn't even be driving fast or trying to pass in the far left lane anyway. I wish they would ban even passenger trucks from the left lanes.

you don't need acceleration for towing, you need torque.

just people coping or trying to show off. i moved out to the burbs 4 years ago and the only thing i miss is the viet food in Dorchester. that's it. but ill get a banh mi once a month when i get haircuts, or take out pho once in awhile. there's a passable pho place in randolph, which is still a bit far from me but is fine if craving. there's really nothing special about living in the city, nor a necessity.

it is consistent. it's just getting worse YoY. The T is not consistent. i took the commuter rail for the first time in very long time on monday. going inbound.. the train was late by about 25 minutes. that is not consistent.

are you saying Pacers with a healthy hali beats a Celtics with a healthy KP? because if your argument is that a healthy pacers beats an injured Celtics this is a pointless argument.

You mean the one where they lost even when Hali was playing? lmao. Look i respect the Pacers, i thought they would've taken 2 games but they weren't winning it all.

you're delusional if you think it changes the ultimate outcome.

Every season there are teams injured in the playoffs. none of those teams healthy win anyway. KP was also injured and played less than half the playoffs. Also, weren't people saying it didn't matter cause the West is so much better and whoever wins WCF wins the Finals?

they were our worst match up. but over 7 games i think their bench hurts them too much.

90k living in NYC? you're not even living comfortably unless you're sharing a 1 bedroom with 3 roommates.
