Is it just the parent stock that does a split or will a tracking stock also split? Thinking NVDA.NE

Whoa what? My neighbour can erect a potentially several thousand dollar fence and just send me a bill? If I don’t want a fence, aren’t they required to build it entirely on their own side of the property by a few inches and cover the whole cost?

Ok thanks! When I just looked on their website all I saw was a volume size listed but not dimensions. I’ll keep looking if you say it’s there.

Sleeping bag on a budget

Anyone have advice on a decent backpacking sleeping bag? Something good to around 0C, is a good small sized packed and budget friendly? I’m looking for something to use just like 2-3 times a year and won’t hurt my wallet. Could be down or synthetic (and probably will be for a lower price point). Thanks!

Hey OP! How small did this bag pack in its sac?

Thanks and you’re right - but as mentioned above, the coverages are the exact same, but the deductible on the new policy is better ($500 vs $1000) for the auto coverages. I’m curious what others might be paying for home insurance and would it be reasonable to expect that level of price difference between two companies.

About 1100 sqft, natural gas furnace and vinyl siding. I guess I was just getting ripped before!

You’re right! I’m not experienced as a home owner but it’s what seems would be standard from the quotes I’ve received - $1m liability, $1000 deductible, full replacement value, living expenses covered if we need to leave for a rebuild, contents fully coverage, sewer backup and overland water.

Just a small 1100 sqft bungalow with natural gas furnace and vinyl siding.

Am I missing something on my home and auto insurance?Insurance

I used to pay $155/mo for home insurance and $125/mo for auto insurance with my old provider, which seemed in the ballpark for prices (so I thought).

I got a quote today for the same coverage (and with better deductibles!) for $49.50/mo and $104/mo respectively.

Does that home insurance rate sound right or do you think that I am missing something in the fine print - that’s over $100/mo cheaper.
