The condensation On the outside is caused by a cold air bleed into the defrost stack. Run the AC and a tiny amount of air escapes out of the defrost vents. You see a kind of reverse defrost pattern on the outside. Instead of frost clearing outside by warm air inside , you have condensation forming outside by cold air inside. There is a specification for how much cold air leak is allowed to the defrost stack but even if almost perfect, on a humid day, if you are running AC mode, you will see that little reverse defrost pattern outdoors.
Happens on my Camaro, Silverado, Equinox, etc. Don’t worry.
