Sure. The argument isn’t that it’s not democracy. The argument is to use democracy (vote) to bring about the Supreme Court composition you seek.
Depends what you mean by that. Supreme Court has the last say about the constitutionality of Congressional laws. But Congress can change the jurisdiction and rules of composition of the court (if you somehow could get enough in the House and Senate to pass such a thing).
It’s so funny when you get into earshot of other boats. Literally everyone is bickering.
