I am looking for a game I was playing sometime in the early 2000`s, but the game is likely older.
As I recall, it had a top down view and the player was defending a village against pirates/thieves.
To do so, you could use your hand (to slap them) and a torch to light them on fire.
Also, I recall the sounds they made were cartoon like and funny, especially when set on fire. If on fire, they would run to water to put out their flaming ass and other things could catch on fire.
