My question is would it be possible for us to get there really early and get day of tickets or is their website accurate when it says they are sold out?

I am using the renfe &tu and the tarjeta transporte publica (red card) . And I can only use red card in Madrid 🤦♂️
Tried taking a green bus from Pozuelo station and was denied access because my red card didn’t work even tho I had 8 trips left!
