I watched ep 3, and the fact that Carmilla thought she wouldn't have blood on her hands working as a firearm dealer in Hell is ridiculous.
That's the thing, though. We don't know if she knew Lucifer joined. She was guarding her secret in ep 3 because she was afraid of the conflict it would cause and how that would put her daughter's lives at risk. The only person we know she has told about it is Zestial, yet this random person who wasn't at the overlord meeting comes knocking on her door and reveals they know her secret. The reasonable conclusions I could think of in that situation are that Vaggie was either spying on her and Zestials conversation, or Zestial told someone about it. We don't know if Adam would have chased down Carmilla because we have no evidence that Adam knows that Carmilla beheaded the angel in the beginning.
