So I bought my first LOL OMG dolls from the MGA/LOL Suprise store. I got Lonestar and Wildflower, as a birthday gift to myself and was excited when the box was delivered today. The box came flimsily taped (the top was sealed but the edges were not) and half of the box was a bit crushed. Inside was just Lonestar’s box and nothing else, not even a packing slip which I don’t know if it was supposed to come with. My question is has anyone else had this experience, and was MGA able to replace your item? I already filed a complaint but I’m impatient to find out what will happen. Also, do we think I should hold off on opening Lonestar until this get figured out?
