I think it is super individual, I personally had another experience - my hair were strong and shiny, skin soft, I was super calm, didn't have any sickness etc, perfect birth experience, no tearing

BUT after giving birth - terrible baby blues, body falling apart, bleeding for months, hair falling down..

I think it is even more important for women to be ready for what is after - PPD, body does not belong only to you anymore etc

I do think it’s not nessesary to precise to everyone you meet. If person changes gender and becomes men or women so be it. We don’t need to precise that he/she was not it at birth
