As someone that has worked in 3D and has done liquid simulations the cement does look fake (could just be how cement looks in some circumstances). What stands out more to me is the way the wood breaks and slowly caves in. If it is fake I don't think it's AI, most likely the entire section between the foreground man and the background towers would be 3D.
