I'm an adult, and every single time in my life other people have commented on the smell, I could smell nothing. There is nothing else that I am aware of not being able to smell.
Fond Farewell by Elliott Smith
I think what might be more realistic is to move to more progressive areas and organize locally. As many have stated already, just picking up and emigrating is not easy, and nearly impossible for some, and we're not the only ones experiencing a rightward descent.
It's either Day Tripper or Paranoid Android
That's because I don't shop at the JERK STORE!!!!
I can't smell skunks. I have no idea why, but every time people have pointed out the smell, I couldn't smell anything.
I'm a man of the world, I dream about snakes teeth falling out.
Yeah, that's a common one for me. Also lockers... Can't remember where it is or what the combination is.
The soundtrack for Skyrim
Agreed. I rolled my eyes a lot and lamented that a show I liked went really far up it's own ass.
It's Nearly Africa - XTC
Shouldn't New York be red? Thought it was named after the city of York, in Yorkshire.
This is the way I think about it:
Sex is biological, gender is largely a social construct. Think about this - some babies are born with both male and female parts. There is a spectrum here; sometimes the sex characteristics lean more in one direction, but sometimes it's closer to 50/50. The doctor will have a conversation with the parents about which biological SEX is more medically viable for the child and the parents will raise the child as that GENDER, i.e. if they decided to raise the child as a girl, they give it a girl's name, buy it dresses, dolls, take it to the girls restroom, etc. All that stuff is GENDER and is societal.
Where gender dysmorphia comes into play is when SEX and GENDER don't match for the individual and it absolutely occurs even when biological SEX isn't in question. The disconnect for some people is borderline unbearable and sometimes the only relief is to live, dress, carry oneself as the GENDER that they identify with. Sometimes this can go as far as physically changing one's body parts, but doesn't always. Some people are fine with their parts.
I actually believe one day the medical community will understand this phenomenon more fully and may even develop metrics.
Faith is awesome but imo not close to their best. They got better over the years and peaked in the late 80s early 90s. I don't think you can top the Boris Williams/ Roger O'Donnell/ Porl Thompson years as a band.
Yeah, well the jerk store called and they're running out of YOU!
Cleveland, Akron, Columbus, Youngstown vs Cincinnati and Hell is real.
The North would definitely win
