One spends huge money to have a slice of peace and roof over their head, so when others join the civilized neighborhood and decide laws and ordinances aren't for them, they're utter pieces of shit.

2 Years ago, some punk mofos stole my Halloween Skeleton right off my railing 😭. Now it's mate is single. I even had it zip tied. Police are failing you and lying because they most definitely can formally trespass people . In my area, after police trespass you, it's a citation that either the offender pays the fine or appears in court. However, past the third citation is now a mandatory court appearance and a misdemeanor. If damage happens at trespassing past a certain amount of money, then they can be looking at a felony of criminal trespassing.

You must pay the missed registration years, unless you notified the secretary of state that you were storing the car. Also, you might need an emissions test depending on when you had one last. You can get a registration sticker at the DMV, at an emissions place or currency exchange. The latter two will cost you more in convenience fees.
