I live in Illinois and I rarely (thank goodness) see modified Accords. People tend to leave them alone with only a few cat back or tire/wheel upgrades Opinions on which states do the most mods. California has the most, Florida, Texas… I am just curious. In same vein, I never see Accords up on cinders with wheels gone. That seemed to be a ‘70s trend
