I just wanna know how I can make my grandma to stop smoking. She is a heavy smoker along with her man. They smoke in the house and everything is yellow. She does clean every week. She's very neat. And she also cooks every day fresh food. But I want her to be healthy healthy you know? She does cough allot. When me and my husband visit her we come back with our clothes stinking and we had to throw it to wash and we also feel "sick" headache and slight nausea every time after visiting her. That's how bad it is. She's 67. I just wish she would stop cause I fear she won't be with us very long because of it. She also believes if she stops she'll die ASAP. Cause she heard that and old lady a heavy smoker stopped smoking and died the same week. So I really don't know what to do or say to her to get a reality check 😪

I just wanted to know if I have pcos? Because I've been a overweight girl since birth I always was chubby and I'm also tall. 5'8 / 1m74. I've been noticing since my puberty that losing weight was hard when I barely ate and only salad and low calorie foods I didn't lose much weight and one bite of a donut made me gain 1kg/2.20 pounds like what?! So I gave up then and gained a lot of weight. I also noticed weird body hair growth my neck and chest I still feel weird about it. It also gets infected allot bc it grows in my skin like one hair pocket has 3 hairs?! I plug my chest hair and neck hair and I also have a hairline to my bellybutton. I also have regular pain and bloating in my underbelly. And I eat whole foods for a year now.. nothing processed. My period is irregular. But I do bleed every month 3-5 days wich is not the case with pcos I read but still the other symptoms? What do you guys think?
