REBCG has a different coating that’s slick and, most importantly, a forged bolt using what they state is a better material than C158.  To date, I’m not aware of a single broken $G RE bolt.

Of course they gave it back or my credit card company would have taken it back.  They can’t keep 1k for doing nothing. They didn’t even bother checking their stock levels.  Another retailer on here (who I love, Weapon Outfitters) oversold an item, made an announcement, publicly apologized, vowed to fix the issue, and refunded people asap.  That’s how you handle that.  You don’t wait a month for a customer to pester you then give a lukewarm response.

Got one after a LONG time- the sent the wrong suppressor.  Second one they kept my money and never shipped or form 3’d.  They never had the suppressor, aka they sold something they didn’t have and didn’t bother to inform me or catch their mistake. It wasn’t until a month of emails that they decided to check the order I paid for.  No real apology.  No detailed explanation of how they could keep $1000 for a month while not even checking to see if they had the product.  Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in this industry.  It’s like being at a restaurant and getting the wrong order and the waitress just blankly, mutely stares at you.  

I didn’t listen to the warnings of not buying suppressors from Bauer.  I paid the cost, twice.  I messaged their customer service, they read the message and didn’t respond.  They don’t care.  Give your business to people who don’t hate you?

I’m sorry people are being jerks.  They will Forget.  Not everyone has the same margins and income.  Definitely recommend lurking a bit because guys here are voracious for deals.  

They messed up 2 of my suppressor orders.  Never order suppressors through them.  I won’t even go into how bad my last order was.

Agreed.  I compared the mk5 next to the NF 2-20 and the glass on the NF was noticeably better.
