Rodney Dangerfield is the perfect example of how to do it. He wasn't Rodney Dangerfield, he was Larry Burns.

Check out my user name. I'm literally working on the project. Of you think you could remodel the airports for $5b, you're out of your mind.

I also own small bits of lots of different stocks. And still get the shareholder meeting invites. Including Amazon and others. I think I have $170 in Netflix

I saw ads on local television (if you watch over the air)

So the airport should invest in a $5 billion dollars of bridges so that you can walk when the AGTS goes down for less than 2 hours per year.

Hogshead.... 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 Can't go wrong with a pull of Chin Wag

I'm pretty sure this isn't a human intestine. Probably horse or cattle.

I would love for Biden to also reveal a plan for ending Russia's war. Neither of them have one.

There are currently 103,000 employees at Delta supported by 4,000 flights per day. That means each flight is supporting 26 per hour people at Delta. I can see 26 people costing $50k for a 10-hour shift. Try to hire 26 people on a 10-hour job shift and let me know what your bill is. It almost seems low.

If you’re coming west down Ohio and trying to turn onto NB I25 that is exponentially more dangerous.

So i looked up the EIS. The peak periods are:

Vehicle MovementAM Peak HourPM Peak hour
WB Ohio to NB I2513055
SB Broadway to SB I254851,215
SB Broadway to SB Broadway1,0451,750

That's why they're fixing the PM peak hour turn. Not only will the flyover be safer, but it will allow the SB Broadway traffic to not get stuck behind the LT lane that backs into the through traffic.

Also - there is a signalized intersection at Ohio and Lincon as part of this project.

I like this idea too. But it's a long way from getting even 50% of the capacity that the AGTS provides.

Unless you think a bridge is only girders and deck with a 40' drop off at the end - the bridge is far from being "done". There's no road decking on the structure yet and it doesn't tie into the existing grade.

"This house is already built!  Why is it taking them so long to complete it!?"

They have to build a bridge with structure in that existing space. Then test and review it before opening to traffic.

You sound like: "I don't know why it takes a contractor so long to remodel my kitchen! Just put in new cabinets and sink and it's done! 20 minutes, tops"

I don't know. I don't get that feeling at all. I own a house with a 2.5% fixed mortgage is a popular neighborhood in a growing American city, and that's just not possible there. So I get paid more here, have a cheaper home, and pay much less in taxes and insurances. It's just not for me, but I am on the higher spectrum on salaries. Those in Germany get less benefits than the lower side of things.

In other words, if I was going to work at a restaurant, I would rather be in Germany. If I was a doctor, I would rather be in the states. That's causing the brain drain they're experiencing.

They will be completely phased out with the APM extension. They're expensive to maintain and house and certify for a backup plan used once maybe every few years.

DEN does have a bus backup plan. The capacity is 20% of the AGTS.

You say that, but the next time you get your carry on, walk for 2 miles and you'll think differently. People here already complain that the east/west distance's are already too far. This would double that in some cases.
