It all depends for me. Sometimes I have one glass of wine and that’s fine, but if I have two or a heavier alcohol it will be bad. It also depends on the weather and what I eat at the same time. I had WPW ablated about 23 years ago. How were you followed up with to know that you needed another ablation?

I’m pescatarian. In the cooler weather, I do a giant soup for lunches for the week, and in the warmer weather I will grill or bake some salmon with olive oil and salt, or do a cucumber/chickpea/tomato/feta salad with olive oil and vinegar. Easy and delicious
