Hi yes this happens to me, mine has bled and it's been OK. I have a large birthmark that bleeds. I've had it checked and its fine and benign but I get a lot of anxiety about it. Try not to poke at it though.

I am feeling similar, been around a friend who works in hospital and met someone in there who had covid. She's still OK. But my glands around my neck are sore and swollen. And the area behind my ear is sore and sensitive. I haven't had a test recently
