Do not think this is gonna 100% lead to a traqueal issue. Not many of us are vets :) this has been very common with two of my Poms. Not sure why but it’s not unusual to see them do this. What works for me might work for many, but the advice listed is good. I block the nostrils then blow air onto the nose and it stops almost immediately.

I worked in one of the Marina towers several years ago, and that is in fact a left turn light in there. Most idiots take that turn to go to the 90 not knowing that ahead there’s another left turn to go into the 90 as well. They don’t give a fuck as it’s mostly traffic coming back from the beach via admiralty way…that intersection is always a mess!
So this is essentially a place where no longer “homeless” people will live, I must say, under better conditions than many tax payers, for free. Then what? Continue to pay for their cost of living? What are the plans to rehabilitate the ones that want/can? Los Angeles’ law makers and authorities are a mess.
