I suggest getting a GED then maybe a part-time job if not already employed. If you wanna keep learning stuff your local library can help, through mine you can take courses on specific things through LinkedIn. You could also see about volunteering if that's your thing or maybe learn a new language.

It was a while before I felt comfortable enough to go to therapy but it was super easy to speak with my psychiatrist. Maybe bringing up your discomfort with saying some things might be the best way to weed out certain therapists.

I have weird sensory issues when it comes to certain hair products as well. I've found that lighter liquid texture sprays aren't a huge irritant and I've had some success with the occasional hair clay.

We can get very nitpicky over our own brows because we see them most but in reality these are very symmetrical to the outside observer.
