BF has always had red dots on his arms and legs (he says they’re not itchy) and chicken skin everywhere else. Today his legs looked especially inflamed and I’m wondering if this is KP or folliculitis so he can treat it

Same experience with Cos de Baha - I’ve used it consistently for almost 3 months to fade some sun spots and haven’t seen any changes, I thought I was going crazy because it’s so highly reviewed. But from reading the other comments, sounds like it’s mostly effective for PIE or fresh PIH.
Sadly I can’t do IPL because my skin is too dark for it (I’m Asian lol…apparently you basically have to be like Irish to be an IPL candidate 😂) but I did a VI peel last winter that worked amazingly for the sun spots! In case you want another option
If you can get an Atomix res, I 1000% recommend it. Gabriel Kreuther is also a fantastic option - they’ll make you feel like royalty there.

It’s a legit service and it’s pretty great! One of the few free lunches I’ve found in life lol. My hotel block is booked through them - have around 25 rooms reserved for guests. It’s very easy too, once i signed up, they sent me an email asking generally what I was looking for (location, price, vibe) and then came back in a week with a spreadsheet with 9-10 different options with a ton of specs laid out for each - price, room types, booking deadline, parking, pets allowed, gift bag distribution cost, other amenities. I picked one and they put me in touch with the hotel, and we worked on the remaining logistics.

Thank you! Adir Michaeli actually helped open up Breads' NYC branch back in the day and made their babka but I found Michaeli Bakery's babka more chocolatey than Breads. I'll check out the others sometime!
Update - I ended up going to Michaeli Bakery yesterday per your rec! The babka was absolutely delicious! It was more chocolatey though overall don't think it was leagues better than Breads (Adir Michaeli actually helped open Breads' NYC location and made the Breads babka too!) but I love finding new great bakeries - thank you :)
Favorites were the lobster triangoli and sheep’s milk gnudi! Octopus carpaccio was also excellent. Pepperoni carbonara and fritelle were meh
