I have searched high and low but I just can't seem to find anything. I'm sure it's an English language animation from the early 2010s that was at least at some point on vimeo.

Stop Motion Animation Featuring a Cowboy, Bees, and GodOpen

Many years ago while browsing Vimeo I found a fantastic animation in the style of stop motion with some effects added in post to create a more seamless world. The narration of this video is very poetic and even song-like in parts. The animation features a philosophical cowboy who gets accosted by bees and somehow dies, and when he dies he goes to heaven and meets god. It's very surreal but if you find it you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. I've looked high and low but I just can't seem to place this animation. If anyone can help me I'd be so happy. Thanks,

J.L.

All I know is we need to hear both songs immediately

Ah this is great. Y’all are going somewhere for real. Great visuals and visual direction, perfect color timing too. Also the song is really special, real trippy and it’s got that bedroom grit I like. Keep doing this and results will follow 💯

100% agree. I’m a musician who is also clinically rarted and these two things are obviously interlinked. Whatever the case may be I’m stupid and I’m music so I see no holes in the logic here

Beautiful work, you’ve done a fantastic job memorializing a feeling. As for your sister, may she rest easy knowing you’re keeping her memory alive.

This is my new single about what comes after heartbreak. I’m open to any critique so feel free to let me know what you really think. Thanks for listening!

Dropped you a DM. Might not be who you’re looking for but I thought I’d give it a chance

Yeah this is great. I really feel the energy with these tracks and the changes are unique and engaging. Going on my playlists for sure

You’ve absolutely got what it takes, just need to find the right place

Great presentation and way to embrace the feeling with this release. It sounds the way I’d expect to feel. Good work man keep it up.

I think the presentation is very unique and there’s something interesting happening with the production for sure. In my opinion the melody is too repetitive and it’s way too limited. There’s only a few notes from one octave being used in the main melody which repeats the whole song. It needs some more energy, some more motion, maybe even some new melodies to compliment it. Also the other instruments that play the same rhythm as the melody play the same notes. I would like to hear them play some harmonies with the main melody. Very creative with the video and the production, now let’s see that creativity turned back into the chords melody and rhythm. Then again what do I know, make the music that you like.
