I love the light and airy feel of the space. The black floor draws my eye down away from the light and airy. If it was mine, I would change it.

I'm not sure of your exact route, but before you get to Nebraska, there's DeSoto Bend wildlife refuge in Missouri Valley that has a great visitor center/museum and includes artifacts from a sunken steamboat found in the mud along the Missouri river. There's also Fort Kearney not too far off I80. Julesburg Co has a cute visitor center with a focus on the pony Express.

That's a trigger finger and can be treated with some really good deep massage. I used to work on them all the time.

Yes, all things I've been doing forever, thanks.

Same. I've been trying to lose weight for YEARS! The doctor's answer for my non alcoholic fatty liver disease, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure is to lose 10 to 20 pounds, but they can't offer anything to make that happen even when there is a medication that could make that happen.

Hundreds of thousands, maybe millions are coming over our border, taking all the jobs, and killing thousands and thousands.

Joe left his fighting Irish off stage or something. It came out, but too late. So disappointing. Also, I thought they were going to fact check live.

Is there any excess seam allowance you could trim off? If so, cut a bit and burn it. Polyester melts like plastic.

That's too bad. We stayed at the YVL on my first trip to Yosemite. While it was aging, the rooms were clean and comfy and the view was fabulous. It was winter, but there was no road noise or anything. The only disturbance was two small earthquakes that woke me in the early morning hours. (I hate earthquakes!)

I find that I have to watch my embroidery machine. If I don't babysit it something will happen. Also, it can take a long time to stitch out a design. If I have a separate unit, I can babysit the embroidery machine and still see if I have separate machines.

Love your counters, and quartz is more sustainable than granite. You made a wise choice.

Alla Prima, the same technique Bob Ross and Bill Alexander used.

Driving through Yellowstone

We are driving home from South Dakota to Salt Lake City and are considering driving through Yellowstone on the way home around June 22. Is this a viable possibility to get through the park in a day, or should we scrap the idea?

Edit to add: thanks for the advice. We went in through the east gate, traveled counter-clockwise around the lower loop and out the south gate. We saw many wonderful things and had little traffic. There was so much more to see that we all agree we need to go back another time, but what we did was perfect for this trip. Thanks again!

The dalmatian was given to someone on the crew when they retired from the show. I don't remember their name.

Quit drinking, stay away from shitty guys, save money, travel

My oldest Janome is about 25 years old, a basic model, then I have a memory craft 6600, a heavy duty one that I got at Joann's, and an embroidery machine. I think they're all workhorses and easy to use, but the 6600 is a bit persnickety.

There are some counties in So Cal that threaten to secede. The question is, where would they get any water? Do they really think the rest of California, or Nevada, or Arizona is going to give up any of the Colorado river?
