Getting the best tires is the only real upgrade. The rest is literally useless and mostly harmful (sliders, radiator guards for asphalt ridden bikes etc.)

250 nk, front sprocket is oem, rear is Turkish made. I even tried 13/42 and it was horrible, felt like i only used 6th gear on the steepest hills going 60 kph. Trust me you wont miss much if you cant find a bigger sprocket. The bike is already utilizing its power. Only 1st gear becomes either wheelie or slide, the rest will feel slower with bigger rear sprocket
I used 42 and even that felt extreme. Now using 14/39 for longer routes and fuel economy

Cfmoto 250nk, it being a chinese bike i didnt expect much, it overacheived in every metric imaginable. I can not sell it. Services are not good enough but i know a good mechanic. Had zero problems outside of a rear wheel bearing. 5 years of usage. Sometimes speedometer doesnt read anything, and exhaust is buzzing at around 5k revs. No performance issues
Honda will be more powerful and consume less. I would go for it.
