There is no bgger picture here imho. OOP has a shit take and shit points in addition to taking a quote out of context. Im definitely Being pedantic. However I think its important not to read more from something like this than face value. I only commented to add to the discussion and make people think. Hyperbole is unnecessary to criticize oop imho

Almost Everything there is returnable no questions asked, including the membership

Ok, so the definition of “implies” changes whether the comment at the top was true. Being that you used the term heavily means you are taking the definition of “suggesting”. In which case it is important to look at the context overall rather than if we are talking about logic implication where it is a direct consequence. Since obviously there is no direct consequence, let’s look at the overall context. The “something more significant” about fathers here is owing to the (albeit misguided) scope of patriarchy which is something concerned with men and fathers. We can’t read the authors terrible mind, but we can also see that the stronger implication is not that only men pay for 14 yo girls tickets, but simply that there are men who do so. The only way to suggest that only fathers pay for 14 year old girls tickets is to accept the scope of patriarchy as the whole society which may be true, but it is unclear whether the author would think that. It seems from the context they think the opposite and that patriarchy just means “men”.

The secret is that everybody here thinks that anybody who actually goes to Taylor Swift concert is a 14-year-old girl, who gets their tickets bought for them by their father And they’re treating that as fact

No it doesn’t, it just states that the fathers who purchased tickets for their 14 yo daughter were male. It says nothing to exclude 14 year old girls who got tickets any other way.

I mean you are welcome, glad you appreciate it, but at the same time, I think you are smart enough to figure it out yourself

Simply, all it says is that the fathers who bought tickets for their 14 year old daughters were male. This doesn’t imply anything about 14 year olds who bought their own tickets or were bought tickets by anyone else. It leaves for the possibility that 14 year old girls got tickets some other way. Therefore it is impossible to imply that all 14 year old girls were bought tickets by their fathers.

You were answered, and given clarification you wnat a picture or something?

It doesn’t say that every single audience member is a 14-year-old girl, whose ticket was bought by their father. It just mentions that some of the audience members fall into that category.

I found the cat hairs though

My 5 yo always groans when we have to take the crv instead of the cx-30, that said what about a 5 or 50. CX-30 with kids plural maybe too small

According to my service advisor at mazda, its 3000 miles. According to the older owners manual, it is 1K km, but the 2024 manual doesn’t mention a break in period
