Trauma 2017, but prepare yourself for a seriously fucked up flick
But he doesn't act like Jason. Jason doesn't take live prisoners. Plus a mine next to a lake. No, that's not how that works. Also Supernatural dude as the final girl, c'mon.
That's like asking which would you prefer platinum, gold, silver, or a rock
Most people seem to think Heriditary is better than Midsommar. Not that I dislike the former, but I think the latter is a much better movie.
I would take off a bunch that were more influenced by others on the list than they were an influence on movies that came afterwards. Many of these exist because of movies like TCM or Halloween. Like I wouldn't say Friday the 13th was an influence for other movies more than it was influenced by Halloween. It was literally made because of Halloween.
"Jesus wept" over "we have such sights to show you"? I've seen that movie 50 times, at least, and the former does not stand out to me as much as the latter.
I used to have nightmares about the snake guy. One of very few movies that gave me nightmares. Very fitting for the movie too.
Sweet. Good luck finding it though. I had to get it off of ebay. I couldn't find it streaming or even on vudu about 5 years ago when I went searching for it. Idk about now.
Seriously, no...SERIOUSLY, check out Landmine Goes Click on tubi
From an artist's standpoint, I'm just thoroughly impressed with how they were able to pull off such brutally realistic and effective practical effects. Especially with such small costs that went into making the movies. That coupled with David Howard Thornton's brilliant portrayal of Art, mwah!
Evil Dead 2 for fun
Suspiria for the beauty
Audition for "holy shit!"
But the original movie from 1980 first
Every kill scene from both Terrifier movies
No! Not Jeepers Creepers 3! Do not subject that child to that piece of hot garbage.
Fast pased and disturbing? The Sadness.
Almost every decision from every character in Terrifier
I don't think I made it to that scene because that movie was so terrible and unwatchable. Honestly, I think it's one of those movies that people pretend to like because it makes them seem like their intellectually advanced or more cultured. Kinda like those black and white French movies with a guy sitting at a table smoking cigarettes. Now if you downvote this petily, you're showing that you are the opposite of those things.
Whats the scariest scene you've ever seen?
