Jump more, and in doing so, you put more force on your back foot. Use your ankle and ball of your foot to pop the tail. You look like you're using more leg to pop. Legs are for the jump, ankles are for the pop and the slide.

That's exactly what it is. I didn't have high hopes at all for this season, at best 84 wins and sneaking into the final WC spot. What I wasn't expecting is to be checked out by memorial day.

Pump more as you're going up the transition. Weight back as you approach the coping. Kickturn and drop your front trucks onto the coping as you feel you back wheels reach the coping. This is one of those times that going a little faster is going to make the trick easier. Hope this helps!

I recently hit my players with a grid puzzle unlocked using binary counting. There is a 5x5 grid of lights, and five cutouts shaped like humanoid hands. Each cutout has a pad at one finger, thumb through pinky from left to right. The thumb lights one light, index finger two lights, middle is four, ring is eight, and pinky is sixteen. To unlock the door, they had to figure out which combination totaled all 25 lights in the grid, so in this case the solution was thumb, ring, pinky. You can adapt this to a bigger grid and more buttons as well.

Gotta ollie some. You're getting into an axel or smith stall and not clearing at all because you're locking in instead. You don't have to do a full ollie, but lean back like you're about to ollie and pop and twist when you feel the back wheels hit coping.
Also, backside disasters are pretty hard. You might want to try them frontside first. Doing them frontside allows you to see your landing the whole time, way less scary.

This is hard to explain so I'll do my best. When you crouch to jump, put your weight on your big toe and the ball of your foot on the tail. As you extend up to jump and begin the ollie, flex your ankle down and use it to pop your board up. While doing all of that with your back leg, slide your front foot up to level out the board.
