Not odd. I do my whole family’s laundry and always have. I kinda forbid my husband to go near the machines because he always screws something up, lol.

I name my cars, lol. My kids think it’s fun to call out which car they want to ride in.

Wow, the new owners didn’t stay long! If they get close to the listing price, they will almost double what they paid Laura for it 🤯

Maybe it’s regional thing? I see old Broncos for sale fairly often where I live.

Why do you say it’s not street legal?

I think the outfit is ridiculous looking, but tbf I’ve seen a lot of people wearing the romper (minus the silly lace shirt & awful boots) this spring.

Those little LVs always look so ridiculous to me! Like a little girl playing dress up. Who buys those?! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Did you miss the collab with MAC cosmetics? Stuff sold out everywhere in minutes, and the fans were lined up everywhere. I was there, and it was pretty cool.

Houston is not “country.” I hate people stereotyping Texas. It’s a massive state with huge metro areas and many different regions. Just because someone is from there, doesn’t mean they are country at all.

Omg I thought this was a funny filter on Sarah 💀

The party is giving Mallory Ervin’s insane party for her infant daughter. But cheaper looking, and still probably expensive af. Both parties were ridiculous

Oh yeah, a call for violence is a good way to garner support for your argument.

They are so done, and everyone who bought into that trend is gonna be big mad soon.

Nope, no joke. Not sure where you’re from, but that is indeed not dirt cheap in Texas. New luxury builds go from 225 psf and up, depending on your builder and locale. A 377 ppsf would give a house of 1500 sf a price of almost 600k. That’s ridiculous. Again, we’re focusing on Texas. Now if you’re in NYC, then that’s a different story. Even in downtown Nash, you can get a sweet condo for way less than that.

Last listing price was $3.595 M. I think it sold close to that. It’s a highly sought after area, and even at that price, that’s still a whopping $377 per sf. That’s a lot, even for Texas. Everyone keeps talking about how the title company guy said “creative financing” and speculating on how that means all kinds of things. I believe the house didn’t appraise for the asking price, and they simply had to figure out that part. Everyone commenting on how hideous they think it is cracks me up. I’d rather have that alllll day than an all siding, no masonry, dark gray faux farmhouse in Nashville for the same price.

SAME. My MIL should be in a mental institution no joke. I promised myself that I will do everything in my power to make my son’s future wife feel accepted in our family, and I will put my pride and ego aside if we ever do disagree on something. It’s been hell and traumatic having to deal with a monster in law. Luckily, she is now out of our lives.

Nah, not the same kind of glaring white, and she is keeping the Venetian plaster on the walls, which helps with light and shadows, and texture. She’s not renovating all the darker characteristics of the house. White is a timeless color. It’s the all gray/all white modern farmhouse suburban home aesthetic that every influencer has that I am referring to. No individuality or character.

And of course the basics downvote us. That’s ok. They’ll be tired of the gray soon and wonder why they followed such boring, monotone trends in home design.

We don’t book our excursions til we embark 🤷🏼‍♀️

Like her or not, I’m enjoying checking in on the reno even if it’s mostly cosmetic stuff. I think it’s nice to see a home that is soooo far away from the same old gray/white or sad beige influencer homes that everyone has.
