I have a v11 myself can say the customer service is terrible. But decent vacuums. I also had an issue with the switch on the Dyson.

They kept fucking around till I had enough with my exchange order. Never will I own a machine of Dyson again or send it in. Finally had mine shipped I hope you get the battery :)

Yes, Dyson customer service sucks. They kept blowing me off till I said I’ll be going to the BBB. They finally shipped the thing after me going after them every single damn day it was down in Texas. (Petty yes do I care No)
