There are professional players, so yeah, you can train. It’s easy to pick up, but you wouldn’t want to go to a tournament without practicing.
And everyone that sells them says they’re not recommended for storage, only decanting.
Lead leaching from crystal is a scientific fact and the safe level for lead consumption is zero.
You don’t keep the liquid in the stemware for weeks to months though.
Even if you had a dram every day, the exposure time is orders of magnitude more in the decanter than in the stemware.
If you’re okay killing the whole lawn without pesticides, look into solarization.
The bittersweet is definitely worse than the burning bush then.
In my area (northeast) bittersweet is absolutely the worse of the two. It’s goddamn everywhere and choking miles of mature trees to death.
I know down south the burning bushes completely take over the understory though.
