Replace everything you can while the tank is down. It's not a hard task, but it's not a fun one either. And I agree with oem or walbro pump
Hit the bottom of the tank with a rubber mallet while someone cranks the truck. Does it start?
Is there a reset button on the radio?
Try tricking it with another DVD. Put the disc in just enough to activate the motor
Well, then it seems the only logical explanation would be ghosts?
Was the keyfob in a purse or pocket before being on the counter?
FINALLY!!° someone who RTFM

In the manual, it states that the dash and interior lights are controlled by the spark from cylinder three traveling through fiber optic cabling to illuminate them. /s. Lol,
Whats the battery voltage at? Spark plugs create spark for the engine, not voltage for the dash.
I agree. Much cheaper and much easier. You can get the rebuild kit online for $30(ish) dollars. Once you get the starter out, it's pretty quick and easy to swap the contacts and plunger.
"They tens, I bought em from somebody but they clean" - day-day
Whats the battery voltage? I'm wondering if the slammed door broke the switch and the door light stayed on and drained your battery.
For the record, I'm being serious. Haha. It's a cool spot to stop and a little over half way. As others have said, the majority of kansas to Colorado is going to be boring unless you like Walmart and loves travel stops.
I did a walbro pump, an oem fuel sending unit ,an aftermarket tank which came with all the needed gaskets, and purchased all associated hoses. Fuel filler, all rubber hoses etc.
Died on the road puttering out . Cranks but won’t start. Thinking fuel pump, want to hear other opinions before I order parts
