I worked at a “Ritzy” hotel that had a fine dining restaurant and the bar was a service well in the back, they didn’t have a bar area in the dining room at all. Bartender still had to wear fancy uniform but all his interactions were with servers, never with costumers. Not sure if there are many places like that.
