I don’t have data but I can tell you my son has played summer baseball for ten years and they have games rained out all the time. I think they become more frequent when we’re actually in the summer.

That’s the issue. The mall was sold off in parts a few years ago. There are four owners now for one mall.

Not holding my breath that any of this ever gets done. But this was always the risk of the mall being split up a few years ago.
The development is separate from the soccer stadium development in the news last month. That would be for the Sears property. Sears still owns their building.
And the Dillard’s and church properties are still separate from either. They both own those.
