Discovered M-Opus through Spotify recommendation. A solid, bass/instrumental Irish Prog band with some great stuff. I’d recommend giving them a listen if you’re looking for something new.

Smoked soy curls. Smoke for 30 minutes after rehydrating. Can’t be beat for a pulled pork sub. Daughter (vegan) certified. She should know, had me cater her wedding before becoming vegan.

Carried a .45, in the Army. Got out and bought one from my FIL who owned a pawn shop. A couple of years later my (ex) wife wanted a computer. This is late 80’s. Traded for some POC 80’s piece of junk. Never forgave myself. Technically not sold but much regret.
Soy curls for my vegan daughter. Rehydrate, per package instructions, then 250 deg smoke for 30 minutes. Shred like pork and season however you choose. My daughter says it tastes very similar to my pulled pork, when she used to eat it.
Nice to see the bomb back, been a while. Guilty of not contributing myself. Hope it was as good as it looks.
