Discovered M-Opus through Spotify recommendation. A solid, bass/instrumental Irish Prog band with some great stuff. I’d recommend giving them a listen if you’re looking for something new.

Smoked soy curls. Smoke for 30 minutes after rehydrating. Can’t be beat for a pulled pork sub. Daughter (vegan) certified. She should know, had me cater her wedding before becoming vegan.

Soy curls for my vegan daughter. Rehydrate, per package instructions, then 250 deg smoke for 30 minutes. Shred like pork and season however you choose. My daughter says it tastes very similar to my pulled pork, when she used to eat it.
