And yes I’d spend money on a chance to get them, over spending $20 for each like how it is.  If I remember correctly it was like $15 cad for 10 lootboxes around there and you could also use coins to buy them when they became available the next year.  Made skins exclusive and incentivized grinding the game getting level up lootboxes

100% of the time yes. Each characters kit should be look at as a point system and each feat or ability should be equal to a specific amount of points. Let’s say each hero has 150 point limit, and let’s say for instance the movement abilities count for 50 of those points, then whether they are a beam,hitscan, or projectile hero with each different point amount, then the clip size, and the reload time, and the spread, and if they have a utility ability. 

If they take away damage that’s worth about 10 points, they should look at adding those 10 points in another area of their kit whether it be buffing their reload time or clip size or the length of their movement ability or the casting time or anything really.

That yes a character may have more false elims, but there is so much information about the game that isn’t tracked by the scoreboard like positioning is the most important facet of the game.  Your experience backs up the fact that scoreboard isn’t important because as you said, Reinhardt swing fulfills the same impact as rammatra but rein feels worse cuz he doesn’t get as much false eliminations
