Since you de-energized the system it caused a sorta re learn in the trans. I’d take it in for a proper relearn if possible to assist in getting the issues of switching gears and such sorted.

Mine went down at 179k paid $3072 for the clutches, actuators, actuator bushings, motors, throw bearing, new trans fluid, cv axle, and a rear main seal. Currently at 209.6k miles.

I wouldn’t know if they are compatible in terms of a difference in part numbers. A ford dealer would be the best to answer that.

The reason for the volume increase is due to the speed volume control setting where the faster you go the louder it gets to compensate for the road noise. The lights coming on is probably due to the abs wheel sensor which I think reads speed. Someone might be able to correct that second statement.

There is a dude on YouTube called PS I think he swapped a ST engine into a normal focus hatch.
That would be a shop related fix. It is likely a weak battery, alternator, or as a last resort an electrical issue. Alternator is a high possibility.
