People say “oh well Jimmy turning on him makes no sense” when in reality, it could’ve. Look at when Owen betrayed Bret. The whole build was because of jealousy and hatred of his brother. They could’ve used that for Jimmy, have him state that he was mad at how Jey was successful. Or you can have Jimmy claim that Jey didn’t focus on him after he was injured, how instead Jey decided to immediately go for the title. But instead they had him stupidly rejoin the bloodline. And here it just didn’t work at all. You could’ve had Jey and Jimmy brawl after, and in rage Jey writes off Jimmy. Have him off tv until the rumble then have Jey vs Jimmy at mania. Do it that way then you have a logical reason.
