I have an old Yamaha av paired to a new Optoma uhd38x projector and a version 1 apple 4k tv. The projector claims 4k but I’m getting 1920x idk. I think it’s 1080p. It is extremely clear but not 4k as advertised. I’m thinking the av doesn’t support it. Same w the Apple TV … no option for 4k resolution settings. Thoughts ideas advice is welcomed. Thnx

Ok hadn’t had much time and finally connected the Apple 4k tv directly to the projector. And it auto formatted at 4k. So the wires and projector support it. I will need a new av stereo receiver w 4k pass though. Recommendations plz.

I really only need a 5.1 setup but I’m wanting around 100-125 watt per channel w 4k hdmi.
Offsets are fantastic but for comps a lot of guys are running barrels because they are extremely portable and fast. I just purchased a hunsaker barrel for future comp use.
Also when you wrap it you can add brown sugar butter and whatever else you like and it comes out great.
A lot of ppl use blue hogs sauce or custom blend of it. Also there are items like rib candy.
190 seems a bit low, I normally pull at around 207 internal for ribs. For competition find a good finishing glaze.
Myron mixon makes rib pliers just for this. I bought one years ago and haven’t looked back.

Put less importance on your body weight. Eat and lift. Work on your point of failure, off the chest, mid way or lock out and work on pin presses at that point of failure. Board presses. Also I used the westside or conjugate approach. Purchased the books and downloads. Work at or greater than 90% x1 for 4 sets. And change up the exercise every heavy or maximum effort day.

Yes, more time wrapped or lowest setting in oven overnight will tenderize it.
Prob injury or mobility issues. But stick w it and you’ll improve.
You pulled at 195, you could place in oven at lowest setting for 9-12 hours and it will be ok. Otherwise 203 start probing for tenderness, rest 2-4 hr and slice
Different Bcg? Bolt release tolerance? Undersprung? That’s where I’d start looking.
Casting with it ? Yes shorten it up. Performance while casting I’ve found /deep sea popping for tuna/ does improve the performance.
Why? Wind knots, back lash, loose line and wraps around areas that do not need wrapping around.
