I have Ulcerative Colitis and have had over 10+ Colonoscopies. I have no filter coming out of anesthesia. I once called my nurse a bitch in recovery. My Husband was MORTIFIED!
Both of my kids, 10 and 3, get a bath or shower everyday. It doesn’t matter what activities they participated in that day or what time of year it is. I want my kiddos clean before going to bed.
The Temecula CRC (Ronald Regan Sports Park) and the new Community Rec center off of Margarita next to the splash pad offers a summer camp that runs all summer long in two week long sessions. The spots fill up fast! It’s reasonably priced and the hours are 8:30am-5pm, M-F. The price includes a weekly field trip (ex: SD Zoo, Sea World, Knotts Berry Farm…)
For my 3yr old, it took the help of an Occupational Therapist and a lot of patience. He has struggled with letting us trim his nails, brush his teeth and cut his hair, but with consistency, practice, patience and rewards we have come a long way!!!

Don’t put pressure on yourself or your kiddo. They will potty train when they are ready. My daughter was 4 when she was fully potty trained.
I was born and raised in Anaheim Hills, CA and loved everything about it!!! Now I’m married with children and we own a home in Temecula and it’s absolutely beautiful and family friendly. CA has the best weather! You can visit the ocean and the mountains in the same day!
Our 3yr old son has been at an in home daycare since December. We signed a contract that the provider would get x amount of sick days paid. She has already used up her sick days for 2024 and has taken personal days for other things so we are moving him to another daycare that is more reliable and has more help. We paid her for her sick days and had to find a backup sitter on the days she was out.
My 3yr old son has sensory processing disorder and really struggles with having his teeth brushed and his fingernails clipped. We do our very best to keep his teeth cleaned and see his Pediatric Dentist regularly. Sometimes all you can do is your very best!
We had a sex offender living down the street from us in Paloma about a year ago. His criminal acts took place out of state. I still don’t know how he was able to move so close to a school and park. His nextdoor neighbors had young children and ended up moving. He eventually moved. Other neighbors tried to get the police involved, but there was nothing anyone could to do.
Have you looked into an in home daycare/preschool? We are in So Cal and have our 3yr old son in a “private” in home daycare/preschool. It’s been wonderful. She is certified, much less expensive, makes homemade breakfast and lunch and provides a nurturing environment while teaching letters, numbers and preschool basics. We aren’t a religious family and looked into the Lutheran school down the street because it was affordable but they were full. All other “corporate” and religious preschools are expensive and have waiting lists.

It always blows my mind when I see people wearing heels in the parks. They just look so uncomfortable when you’re walking around for a long, 12hr day. I’m all about comfort!!!
I bought pair of ears a couple of years ago and thought they were super uncomfortable. I did not wear them long and never wore them again. They now sit in my closet.

I second this!!! We started our son in a private, in home preschool/daycare in December and it’s been wonderful!!! The ratios are small and they usually provide breakfast, lunch and a snack. There are sooo many wonderful options in the area. Search the Nextdoor app or Google…. Or send me a message!!
