To add insult to injury, my order just never showed up. It said delivered but I never received it. When I emailed them to tell them about it, they told me to file a claim with USPS. USPS never responds to lost mail claims. Anytime I’ve had a package lost in the mail with any other company, they’ve always given me a refund. I can’t believe how bad the customer service is. I’m not giving this company any more of my money.
Seems they’re doing this with all orders. My regular order took almost a month to ship and they didn’t have one of the items. I’m done ordering from this company, the customer service is horrible.
