Yeah that's what they've said. They offered this vertical bracket, but I told them it's not really a suitable solution considering the cost of the rig. Waiting to see what they say, hoping they have a better resolution available.

I really don't know. The only options the builder gives seem to be proprietary brackets. Thanks for showing me that, looks clean and frankly necessary. Have asked them about it.

Yeah, have asked them to take another look, they said it can't be fully installed because the case doesn't have space. They offered a vertical bracket but I'm trying to see if they can offer a more 'built-in' solution.

I do, just didn't know if it was something to be expected with these new cards. And didn't know if it was just an aesthetic issue or something that might cause damage.

Thanks. Yeah I thought that too but was more focused on the GPU. Asked them and they offered a white (assuming better...) fan for $20. Will take it and just upgrade myself if it's not great I guess.

More than happy to throw money at a better bracket, only option the builder gave was a 'free' bracket for it or an RGB one which I didn't want. Didn't think it would be an issue tbh.

Have reached out to them and they seem helpful, waiting to see what they'll do to resolve.

Yeah thanks, was told they couldn't use all 3 cause the case won't allow it. Not thrilled that they proceeded regardless but I've reached out in the hopes they can resolve some way.
