You can XREF the point cloud into AutoCAD and then manually detect cylinders in the point cloud ribbon panel within AutoCAD.
Whoops, that video doesn't cover diameter measurement from within Scene. What I usually do is export from Faro Scene to Recap's RCP format which can then be measured using ReCap or X-reffed into AutocAD and measured there.
